1. About Hiyamon
Hiyamon is an online store offering original designs on a range of products, including apparel, accessories, home and lifestyle products.
Our products are made to order, and product availability may vary from time to time.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes and other details as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may occur due to:
- Screen and device settings
- Manufacturing or printing variations
- Product batch differences
- Minor measurement variations
Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Orders
Placing an order on Hiyamon constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation containing the relevant order details.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Inability to fulfil the order
- Other circumstances requiring cancellation
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
4. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Prices and product information may be changed or updated without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Payments
Hiyamon currently accepts online payments through Razorpay, including available payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for eligible orders and delivery locations.
Payment must be successfully completed, or COD must be accepted, before an order can be processed for fulfilment.
6. Made-to-Order Products
Many Hiyamon products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this, processing and fulfilment may take some time before the order is dispatched.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across India.
Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, service disruptions, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements or refunds may be requested.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
9. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Other information required to process the order
Hiyamon is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, customers are expected to accept and pay for the order when it is delivered.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect the availability of COD for future orders.
If an order is returned because delivery could not be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, additional charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
11. Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, written content, branding and other material published on Hiyamon are owned by or used with permission by Hiyamon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use Hiyamon’s original content without prior written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Use the website for fraudulent purposes
- Copy or misuse website content
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website
